As an executive in residence, you’ll be working alongside several entrepreneurs and helping them go to market. You will frequently take a key part in building the sales playbook from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to boost your career and be a part of some of the forthcoming, fastest-growing startups!


Your job will be 99% sales, so there are no ambiguities. You will often be supported by a lead research team, and we’ll provide you with a set of customizable templates from a proven framework. This will help you get up to speed quickly with every single team you work with.


Your number one goal will be to bring revenue from new customers and repeat your successes to validate the product-market fit so we can scale the sales team.


  • You love connecting with lots of diverse people and starting conversations

  • The idea of working in a startup and going to market from scratch excites you

  • You have experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of smashing your quotas

Strong plus if you speak any other languages than English. Specifically: Danish, Norwegian, Finish, Swedish, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Dutch.

TIME REQUIRED: Full time with flexible hours.

We’re strong advocates of flexible time management and don’t believe that a 9-to-5er will bring the most results. We build and work with performance-based organisations and have only one religion: TARGET. 🎯


  • Competitive remuneration: base salary from 2k to 3k netto (based on experience) + uncapped commission + monthly and quarterly bonuses.💸 The best salespeople from our portfolio make 7k netto.
